Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake, is a perfect weekend getaway from Germany. The amazing mix of mountains, crystal clear waters, colourful towns, and insane food choices really took our heart away. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Verona impressed us with its rich architecture, history, and romantic allure. From the impressive Roman Arena di Verona to bustling Piazzas to the iconic Casa di Giulietta and the Ponte Pietra, the city presented a blend of ancient ruins, medieval buildings, and cultural vibrancy that made it one of our favourite towns in Italy.
